NEW YORK, NY — MARCH 20, 2006

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) partnered with Ideas On Purpose, a New York studio specializing in strategic, visually compelling business and investor communications, to produce their 2005 Annual Review.

Ideas On Purpose created a review that broke with past traditions and boldly presented the employee stakeholders and their excitement about the future of Pfizer. In this tumultuous time for the pharmaceutical industry Ideas On Purpose captured the drive and the will to move beyond the challenges. The review was mailed globally to all shareholders and is used in marketing the company through out the year.

“Ideas On Purpose’s content oriented, narrative approach, works for companies big and small.
