The immersive and dramatic site experience emphasizes AGCO’s mission: Smart Solutions for Sustainable Agriculture.
IOP first drafted a strategic framework: Smart Thinking, Smart Solutions, Smart Impact to gain senior leadership alignment around the new mission. We created a dynamic PowerPoint to launch the strategy internally.
Then, we leveraged the initial strategy work and wrote, designed and developed a digital-first, visually dynamic presentation of their performance and CSR efforts. This inaugural integrated report brings their unified strategy to life. Anchored with videos and stories, the report shifts the discussion of the business to solutions that are offered across their brands. It highlights their global reach and boundless opportunities. And, the robust CSR section frames AGCO’s contribution to society as a business and a global citizen.
