Annual Report, print and online


In 2012 Kellogg’s completed the acquisition of the Pringles brand, transforming Kellogg’s into a major global player in the snacks business. The company needed to promote the increased portfolio, global footprint and opportunities, whether driven by the Pringles acquisition or category redefining innovations.

IOP created the “Moving Forward” report, showcasing the brands, the global position and the strategy—to accelerate growth and deliver increasing shareholder value. In print and online, we brought the strategy for success to life.

The microsite also incorporates an interactive 10-K. Kellogg’s is leading the way in making their financial information searchable and accessible online. Further the design was extended to a fact sheet and other investor materials.
