Continuing a decade-plus collaboration, Stanley Black & Decker once again partnered with IOP to write, design and develop their Annual Report and Impact Report.  

For 2023, the theme of Optimizing for Sustainable Performance united the report suite. IOP created a cohesive visual language across both reports with the strategic use of striking imagery, brand design elements and colors coordinated with the Company’s main focuses: people, product and planet. The Annual Report remained a 10-K wrap and tied impact and performance messaging together, featuring a dynamic CEO message. 

The Impact Report is a key resource for the Company’s stakeholders, providing transparency and year-over-year performance tracking of its long-term sustainability commitments. IOP enhanced this year’s streamlined digital report with interactive navigation and links throughout the fully ADA-compliant PDF.   

IOP’s work with Stanley Black & Decker on their 2023 Impact Report was recognized by the League of American Communications Professionals 2024 Spotlight Awards, as well as by the GDUSA 61st Design Awards.
