In our third year working with Integra LifeSciences, a leading global medical technology company, we built on our award-winning partnership to help write and design their 2024 report. The 2024 report, “Restoring Lives,” communicates Integra’s progress on its sustainability roadmap and serves a diverse stakeholder group, including investors, patients, employees, and rating agencies. IOP worked in Workiva to refine and polish the report draft to bring the company’s impact to life. To support audiences looking for a summary, IOP created a Highlights document to share an overview of the business at a glance, their growth strategy and ESG key highlights. This document is primed for multi-channel use.
IOP designed the visually rich report to engage a range of audiences, both those seeking quick takeaways and those looking to dive deeper. The report uses a clear structure with color-coded sections, photography centered on both Integra’s people and products, custom icons, and callouts to guide the reader. Key infographics visualize complex ESG topics including Integra’s Growth Strategy and ESG Roadmap, ESG Governance Structure, and current and future reporting on Scope 1–3 emissions. The report reflects Integra’s commitment to transparency and accountability and is grounded in a double materiality assessment and aligned with both GRI and SASB reporting frameworks.
