Ideas On Purpose is now Certified Woman Owned

We are proud to share our certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s gold standard for woman-owned businesses in the US.

While WBENC certification doesn’t change the premium services we deliver, it does help our clients meet their vendor diversity goals. For some clients, vendor diversity is a requirement. Our WBENC-certification helps these clients meet such obligations. For all of our clients, supplier diversity is smart business.

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs, which in turn empowers women as leaders and brings about a more diverse, balanced and sustainable economy.

IOP has been diverse from day one, with two LGBT men and one woman as founders. Prior to the retirement of one of the founders, IOP was a certified LGBTQ business. Our continued commitment to diversity aligns with our focus on sustainability and purpose.
