NYU Langone Health needed to raise the institution’s profile among key influencers nationwide. Langone turned to long-time partner IOP to help re-conceive the approach communicating highlights for each department both digitally and in print.

IOP created a system of communications using oversized publications designed to attract attention and promote the year’s highlights. In addition, IOP developed strategic digital outreach with a system of graphic emails pushing the audience to content on NYULangoneHealth.org. The results of this sustained effort have been improved status in the US News & World Report hospital ratings.
