For its 2025 Annual Report, real estate leader BXP again partnered with IOP to produce a refined, contemporary expression of the company’s priorities and long‑term perspective. As the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of workplaces the publication plays a key communications role.
IOP developed a clean, disciplined visual system presenting BXP with clarity while reinforcing the quality and scale of its workplace portfolio for readers. A restrained color palette was used across charts and graphs to create clear, scannable data moments while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the report. Photography plays a central role, showcasing the company’s portfolio.
The result is a thoughtfully branded, composed, and cohesive annual report that balances rigor with readability. Designed for both print and web‑optimized PDF formats, the 2025 Annual Report offers a polished platform for BXP to communicate its priorities, using thoughtful design to elevate key information and reinforce their value and achievements.
The prior IOP-designed report was also well received and recognized as a Top 20 American Report by the LACP Vision Awards.
