The Coca-Cola Company has been building its human rights program for over two decades, accumulating policies, reports, disclosures, and web content across dozens of documents and websites. With a redesign of its human rights communications hub underway, TCCC partnered with IOP to make sense of that accumulated body of work and establish a clear content foundation for what comes next.
IOP conducted a comprehensive content audit, reviewing nearly 2,000 pages of documents, categorizing materials and mapping them against a three-pillar content framework: Policy and Governance, Human Rights Due Diligence, and Speaking Up and Remedy. The audit gave TCCC a structured picture of what existed, what overlapped, and where gaps needed to be addressed. IOP then developed a content architecture and site map for the new site section, defining the hierarchy. Working within TCCC’s existing Figma design system, IOP provided page-level layout recommendations to support the internal web team’s implementation.
The three-pillar framework gives TCCC’s human rights communications a clear, navigable architecture for the external stakeholders, investors, and supply chain partners who need to understand the company’s ongoing commitments and due diligence practices.
