Hilton is one of the world’s largest hotel companies, and recognizes they have a critical responsibility to protect communities and our planet, so the destinations where they operate can remain vibrant and resilient for generations of travelers to come.

Hilton partnered with IOP to design and produce the 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, a robust document tracking progress against the company’s 2030 Goals which align with the UN SDGs. The report integrates the requirements of GRI, SASB and TCFD, and includes detailed performance tables and an assurance statement. We created custom detailed infographics to help readers understand Hilton’s diverse sustainability practices across their business and used dynamic visuals to support the content including IOP-created icons and illustrations as well as Hilton’s expansive photo library.

In addition to the full ESG Report, we created a Highlights document — a scannable summary, as well as a PowerPoint. This reporting suite is Hilton’s third cycle of collaboration with IOP. This report won best Large Cap ESG Report of the year from IR Magazine in the 2024 awards, second year in a row. IOP’s prior work with Hilton has been recognized in the American Graphic Design Awards, the League of American Communication Professionals, and won Best Large Cap ESG Report by IR Magazine’s Awards.
