IOP created a new site leveraging the company’s purpose-driven mission. We optimized the user experience and revamped the writing, brand voice, and navigation, all while moving to a visually rich format. We structured the site to make the relationship of the brands and businesses apparent. The streamlined user experience enabled key audiences of investors, potential new employees and other stakeholders to quickly discover relevant information.
Special attention was paid to the Careers and Investors section as well, improving the candidate experience as integrating the third party IR provider seamlessly.
In the first 4 months following launch, engagement improved with increased user time on the site and a 29% increase in page views in the Careers section alone. And, the site was awarded a Standard of Excellence in the 2017 WebAwards.
