Stanley Black & Decker collaborated with IOP to write, design and develop the Annual Report and their third annual ESG Report. Our collaboration spans over a decade.

For 2022, the theme of Focused united the Annual Report and ESG Report. We enhanced the digital ESG report, incorporating navigation and links throughout the PDF, making use of evergreen material on their website. The company had a dynamic year, with new leadership and a refocusing of goals and commitments to more closely align to the business. The report includes a comprehensive review of the company’s ESG program, which builds on its long history of annually reporting its sustainability metrics and public goals. The report serves as a resource to the Company’s stakeholders and provides transparency and year-over-year performance tracking of its long-term ESG commitments. The Annual Report remains a 10-k wrap, and ties ESG and performance messages together, featuring the CEO message.
