Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) again collaborated with IOP on their Annual Report, continuing a multi-year partnership. With a new CEO in place, SBD wanted to highlight his goal of operational discipline after a year of cost reduction, tariff navigation, and portfolio streamlining. IOP provided the design and production of the narrative 10-K wrap, built around the theme “Operating with Discipline.”

This year, SBD’s CEO letter was a more succinct statement of the company’s direction under new leadership. In turn, IOP focused and streamlined the design to enhance the brand and the report’s narrative, incorporating graphics and sidebars for dynamic visual appeal. IOP produced the report for print distribution—working on-site with the printer to ensure quality control—but also optimized the PDF with interactivity for publishing to the web. SBD’s leadership team welcomed the finished report, praising the clarity of the design and ongoing collaboration for investor communications.
