Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) partnered with IOP once again to design the 2024 Sail & Sustain Report. NCLH wanted to build on our shared success, the 2023 report was shortlisted for IR Impact’s Best ESG Reporting award.
IOP created a visually dynamic, infographic-rich, ADA-compliant report reflecting NCLH’s commitment to both sustainability and accessibility. Leveraging striking photography and graphic elements, we delivered a highly-branded interactive PDF showcasing NCLH’s sustainability initiatives. This included various charts and complex infographics to visualize the company’s sustainability measures and impact in a digestible way. Among many custom infographics, IOP reimagined NCLH’s 2024 GHG Footprint infographic, which translates complex emissions data into a clear and compelling visual that represented the sources of NCLH’s Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. All infographic visualizations can be repurposed across communications.

The Report has garnered praise for its ability to convey extensive information in an engaging and digestible format, including recognition at the GDUSA Design Awards, IR Impact Awards, and Green Good Design Awards, and the LACP Vision Awards where the report was recognized as a Top 20 American Report. By creating a report that is both visually captivating and accessible, IOP empowered NCLH to effectively communicate their sustainability journey and achievements.
