Real estate leader BXP sought a new, impactful look for their 2024 Annual Report and enlisted IOP to design a solution. The largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of workplaces looked to refresh this key document’s visuals to stand out from years past, and to emphasize their improving performance. To elevate their reporting, BXP aimed to showcase their diverse portfolio of properties to investors, employees, and key company stakeholders.
IOP executed a clean and engaging visual approach focused on BXP’s impressive portfolio of properties. Collages of striking photography showcased buildings prominently in multiple spreads, with a bolder, contemporary look. To complete this year’s report we included colorful, scannable charts to highlight key company data.
IOP delivered a thoughtfully branded presentation of BXP’s key messages and data in the 2024 Annual Report, for print and web-optimized PDF. The result of this fresh approach improved readability and visual interest for BXP’s audiences and provided the company with a sophisticated tool to communicate their value and achievements to stakeholders. It was well received and they will partner with IOP again next year.
