Dominion Energy again partnered with IOP to create their 2022 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Report. Their third report continues to share progress on the company culture. Building a culture of diversity, equity & inclusion doesn’t happen by chance and one important part of creating that culture is reflecting on progress & opportunities. IOP has partnered with Dominion Energy for years as they have fine tuned their approach.
This fully accessible, online report report is part of a the corporate communication suite IOP created, including an ESG site and a full Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Report.
In prior years, this work was recognized in the American Digital Design Awards, the American Graphic Design Awards, and the League of American Communication professionals.
