Wintrust, a financial holding company comprised of 15 community banks and other non-bank businesses, worked with IOP and our longtime content partner BuzzWord to create their 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report. The report represents a snapshot of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts as their reporting evolves in line with industry standards. The company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the community. To bring this concept to life, IOP commissioned original illustrations to support all the primary themes for the report adding life and an inclusive look across the communities. In addition, we supplemented with the illustrations with infographics, scannable facts and stories about the people making serving communities a reality at Wintrust.
