Zoetis tapped IOP to bring the Zoetis employer brand to life online. IOP worked with Zoetis to design a new Careers website featuring big, striking visuals and an easy-to-use interface. The new site is anchored in the company’s culture and core beliefs, creating a better candidate experience. With a mobile friendly design and 13 international country pages this site will help Zoetis in its quest for talent around the world.
In the initial 6 months views of the Careers content increased 56%, with a 21% increase in the Careers landing page alone. The addition of country pages and upgrades to the content were definitely drivers of traffic.
