With tenacious calm and a talent for creating order out of chaos, Paula drives project excellence across IOP. As Director of Project Management, she oversees the agency’s project management discipline — establishing best practices, optimizing workflows, and equipping the team with the structure they need to deliver exceptional creative work — all while expertly navigating her own projects to ensure crossfunctional teams stay aligned harmoniously and moving forwards together with purpose and precision.
With one foot in each of the creative and organizational spheres, Paula understands — and overcomes — project challenges. Her education in psychology and background in business coaching, combined with her love of rock climbing — indoor for convenience and outdoor whenever and wherever she can — serve her well as she’s the calm, cool head keeping teams on track to achieve a project’s vision.
With IOP since early 2018, Paula has led large, complex initiatives for many of IOP’s clients, managing work both online and offline with confidence and care. Prior to IOP, she co-founded a digital design firm in the UK, bringing more than a decade of project and account management expertise with her when she relocated to the US and immediately landed at IOP.
Having spent five years living in Astoria, Queens, Paula has relocated back to the UK to settle in the leafy county of Berkshire and continues to [ad]venture outdoors as much as possible — rock climbing, running and hiking.
Paula has a degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and is PRINCE2 qualified. As an added bonus for her clients, she also has a professional diploma in Counseling & Psychotherapy.
