Raina Probst
Lead UX Architect & Digital Strategist
Raina brings 15+ years of experience leading digital product strategy and experience design. She has partnered with IOP for over 10 years, leading the UX architecture with our team for The Match, United Technologies, and AAMC projects, among numerous others.
She has a rare ability to move fluidly between the strategic and the human, understanding what a business needs to communicate and what an audience needs to understand, and translating that into digital experiences that are clear, purposeful, and well-crafted.
Her work spans an unusually wide range of contexts: AI-powered enterprise tools at Rocket Mortgage, award-winning consumer mobile apps for Robert Half, brand and web experiences for pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, Eli Lilly, and GSK, and digital product strategy for institutions like the AAMC and the National Residency Match Program. Across all of it, she brings the same collaborative instincts and rigorous attention to how structure, content, and design work together to serve real people.
Raina holds degrees in Management Information Systems and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, a combination that reflects how she thinks: equal parts systems and people.
She lives in Seattle, where she spends her time off exploring the lakes and hiking trails of the Pacific Northwest and in her ceramics studio, where patience and a feel for the material tend to produce the best results, not unlike good design.
