Digital annual report design in Page Magazine

Nielsen’s 2015 Digital Annual Report was featured in the December 2016 issue of Page Magazine. This German-language publication focuses on the intersection of design, code and business. They wrote about the rise of the online report, and highlighted Nielsen’s responsive approach, particularly phone accessibility.

United Technologies IOP-led site redesign was honored in the 2016 WebAwards, recognizing the best in website design and development. The site was awarded Outstanding Achievement. We are proud to have led the team, working in collaboration with DataArt and AMS. Since 1997, the Web Marketing Association’s annual WebAward Competition has been setting the standard of excellence for website development. Independent expert judges from around the world review sites in 96 industries.

IOP recognized in Graphis Annual Reports

Three IOP projects were recognized by Graphis, a premier international design publication. The juried Annual Report competition looked at work from the past two years. Memorial Sloan Kettering and NYU Langone won Gold, and Pfizer won silver. We are honored to be in great company, and to be included in a piece of graphic design history.

John Connolly and Anna Tan accepted the best online Annual Report Grand Award for the 2015 Nielsen Online Annual Report. The ARC Awards Gala was held October 20, 2016.

Another banner year at the ARC Awards

Nielsen, Pfizer, TB Alliance, Stanley Black & Decker and NYU Langone were all recognized for work online and in print.  Nielsen was honored with a Grand award, for best design of an online annual report. A banner year all around.

Brand New Brand! 2016 winner launches new identity and site

bnb_sidebarThe results of our first Brand New Brand pro bono initiative are out. The new EcoSpaces Education launched in February of 2016. The product of months of collaboration between IOP, our partners and EcoSpaces, the logo and tagline capture the mission and spirit of the organization. And, the new visual identity is applied across communications tools, from PowerPoint and Word templates, to postcards and tote bags to their new robust website.  See the case study.
