Lydia Tate
Associate Project Manager
Lydia comes to IOP with a background in event coordination and clinical research, as well as self-proclaimed expertise in cake decorating. Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail, she takes pride in being an efficient prioritizer and multitasker and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to her projects.
She earned a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Vermont, where she developed strong skills in research planning, data organization, and systematic problem‑solving, an approach she brings to managing timelines and deliverables.
Originally from New Jersey, Lydia is happy to be back in the area around fellow speed walkers! Outside of work, she loves trying new coffee shops, going to the beach, watching Survivor, and thrifting. She’s always eager to pick up new skills, and is currently learning how to embroider and play the guitar.
